Mental Health Resources (UK)
If you are struggling with your mental health as a parent before or after birth, or at any point, support is available.
This page gathers trusted UK-based services offering emotional, practical and mental health support. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or your GP.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. Any step, however small, is enough. If one service doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to try another.
